When can i expect my order?
This depends on where you live! If you live in the Netherlands it will take a few (work) days for your order to arrive in most cases. If you live in the EU your order will likely be delivered within 2 weeks. Anywhere outside of that could be as much as 3 to 6 weeks.
I've only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
In some cases (if you ordered a shirt and a postcard for example) your order will be printed separately. If you haven’t received part two of your order within 3 weeks, please contact me.
Can I return an item?
You can for 14 days after your purchase arrived. Please contact me in order to settle this!
Can I get a refund?
If you’re not happy with your item you can return it within 14 days of your purchase and you will get a refund. If your purchase was lost in the mail you will get a refund too. Please contact me in order to settle this!
